Im writing this letter to let you know the leval of unprofessionalism in you California location at #562-347-4000 is poor at the very best, I have called several times to resolve a billing discrepancy and was promised that my location that services my accout would call me back within 48 hours, its been two weeks and the only one calling has been me. I understand you strive for excellance by reading you bio and thought that you would be interested in hearing this from someone who pays for this unacceptable service!!!
Please contact me if you would like to know just how I was and have been treated.
