This is an ongoing issue with them not picking up garbage in our neighborhood. The pick up day is Friday it is now Wednesday . The neighbors have called, I called Monday and was told they were to short of help and did not know when they could get to our garbage. I ask the person on the other end what we should do and he said he had no answers they are just to far behind. Great customer service. I called back again today Wednesday 6/13/18 I was told the same thing and they had no idea when the trash would be picked up. Neighbors are now putting bags next to their cans and well the dogs and rodents are happy but we are not. I requested they issue me a refund and I would get another company for this neighborhood has 2 . I was told they would cancel my service but they would only refund July. I would like the entire payment credited as I have had issues with delays a long time now. I believe if you provide a service and you do not live up to your end of the deal the customer is entitled to a refund? Am I the only one whom believes this way?
