Last Monday, our trash removal was not performed as scheduled. We called and were promised pick up on Tuesday an that didn't happen. It was picked up on Wed. and after requesting a credit, we were told a credit would be provided.
This Monday, our trash removal was not performed as contracted. We called and spoke with 9 different call center reps as well as a manager, Teresa. Each time, we were promised that pick up would take place on Tuesday and then again on our normally scheduled day, today. It never did. We have spoken with the call center again at 9AM this morning and STILL no one has arrived.
We need to speak with someone above and outside of the call center. We need to be reimbursed for both the lack of pick-ups as well as labor for our team to have to clean up the trash laying all around due to the containers being full. Most importantly, we need service ASAP.
