Reservation Number: Mr. Boardman, I have travelled AMTRAK from JAX to DC and sometimes on – Joseph Boardman email address

Reservation Number:
Mr. Boardman, I have travelled AMTRAK from JAX to DC and sometimes on to Wilmington and back to JAX twice annually for the past 15 years. I have written you in the past reporting good as well as bad experiences. However, this email has only one good point: Tiffany Hayden at JAX is a courteous and helpful attendant. She should be acknowledged for her service. When I arrived in the diner, I ordered the steak and a bottle of wine. Due to the speed of the train and the roughness of the ride, my wine bottled tipped over. The steak was also tough and stringy. I left the diner and didn't finish my meal. On the return trip, when I boarded in Wilmington, I learned there was no diner on the train and that a Snack Bar had been substituted where I could purchase snacks and beverages for a price. We were 24 minutes late leaving Wilmington and 4 hours and 53 minutes late arriving in JAX due to "trees on the tracks."
Mr. Boardman, I am 86 years young and having travelled all over the world am not use to such poor service. I hope you will find my email helpful.
Bill
