Dear sir/ madam,
we own a toyota innova regn. bought from mgf toyota gurgaon haryana india. sir we are sending our vehicle for service at regular interval of 5000 kms. vehicle has done total of 54560 kms. last visit of our vrhicle to mgf toyota workshop was at 50000 kms. from last 2visits we are reporting a problem that some issue with clutch of the vehicle but every time it was told by the workshop some adjustment needs to be done we have done that but now they says clutch needs to be overhauled expenses is about 15 k. as its a wear tear item

Is this the toyota way? you need to think seriously on customer services otherwise it wl become vw part 2 of india which only vanished from the market due to dissatisfied customer experience.
