Sandesh Banare sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
Respected Sir,
I am your valuable customer from India, State: Maharashtra City : Mumbai.
This is in context to my newly purchased vehicle just a year old from Lakozy Toyota, Malad(W), Mumbai. I had purchased my Toyota Etios Liva - G Model vehicle in June 2015 under name of Maa TV Network Ltd.
I had complained to your dealer ( Lakozy Toyota, Malad about water leakage in my car, an unexpected expenditure of INR 4,661/- + taxes has been raised by your dealer since they have identified that water leakage is due to fault in rear end of right hand door of my car.
Firstly, I don't understand why should there be any fault in such a new car that's a year old that too defaming your claim to be no.1 car company in the world. Secondly, asking us to bear the expenditure just by passing the buck that there was work conducted on the rear door while fitting the reverse camera in the car. This is just for your information that my reverse camera was fitted by your authorized dealer Lakozy Toyota at Malad itself for which person currently conducting repairs at their workshop is not taking any responsibility above all asking me bear this expense for which neither I am liable nor responsible.
Due to water leakage, my car had been very badly stinking surely bound to impact car in near future. I therefore state that I won't be in a position to bear any current further expenses since my car is currently owned by the company for whom I work ie. Maa TV Network Ltd.
I therefore request you to connect with
LAKOZY TOYOTA
completely waive off the expenses that has been charged for which I am not at liable, payable responsible. Also, I wont bear any expense that will be incurred in future due this water leakage.
A word from your end will be highly appreciated kindly justify purchase of car from such a reputed world no.1 car company.
Regards,
Sandesh
