I have been subjected to very indifferent, insulting, humiliating, unprofessional attitude and behaviour by staff of MADHUBAN TOYOTA, Mumbai, India since i bought TOYOTA ETIOS Car in April, 2011.
Your India Unit M/s Toyota Kirloskar not attending, responding n resolving to complaints lodged agnst your above dealer since 2011.
WHY...? reasons best known to them or may be due to vested interest of some higher authority/ies...????
This, in my opinion based on my experience since April 2011, is totally against the global policy "KAIZEN" 'CUSTOMER FIRST' of TOYOTA which is known for its uncompromising, exemplary. ethical, quality AFTER SALES SERVICE globally
