I am Rishiraj, I was about apply Vice President (SSBO CTB operations Mumbai) posted in LinkedIn, only to find the tedious process used by your company just for Applying . To my cognisance lot of man hours are currently used just to enter the details.
Consequences: Results in lost of interest by good candidates, builds frustration among candidates applying be it at any level.
Suggestion: Sir it can be made simple, just by click of one button, the candidate should able to post his profile to your company I. E. Just by opening the API to job boards. This will require minimum investment but impact will be huge.
