I Ishita Ghosh resident of kolkata ( West Bengal ) recently got offer letter and joining date from jio. I got the employment in the executive family as senior executive in the job role Premium Relationship Manager posting at kolkata. Grade-K4. I have got all the mails regarding joining based on which i have resigned from my last company but now when i went to join the company Hr.Head is saying that i cant join .
So my question is that if i have cleared all medical and other tests documentation on basis of which i got joining date,offer letter, logging id .etc. How could a Hr.head say that i cant join in a very rude manner.
And what should i do now ? After going through 2 weeks of hope and waiting .
