My issue is regarding my old number. which was activated in the name of Surinder . This number is still with you and I want this number again. I have requested for this at your customer care so many times but every time your representative demanded some money saying this number is paid number and you can purchase this.I only know that by not giving me this number you have lost approximately Rs forty to fifty thousand in two years, because my us ease was approximately from 1500 to 1800 per month.
I again request you to release this number to me. Hope you will take care of your old and existing customer.
