Respected sir,

This is with regards to my phone number .
With great displeasure, I would like to inform you that I feel cheated, repeatedly by your company, month after month.
I have been a Vodafone customer for the last number of years and I have 8-9 connections from your company in my family itself.
My bill for the current month is in excess of Rs. 2000, primarily due to extra internet charges. I had subscribed for the 1 GB internet pack and I duly exhausted it. After which I subscribed for two successive booster packs. I did avail of the benefits of the first pack, but not the second. I was not notified that I will be charged at standard rates and I assumed that I will be under the usage of the pack that I had subscribed for. It was not notified to me from the company's end and this is a serious case of miscommunication from your side.
I urge you to instantly revoke the charges from my bill after scrutinizing the matter carefully.
Vodafone is a well-trusted multinational company and this is not expected. If such instances occur again, I might have to consider shifting all my connections to another company.

Thanking you in anticipation,
Vinay
