I just want to say Thank you for doing such a good job during this Covid 19 epidemic. I had never heard of Rite aide before and happened to see a post about it being a company that was filling orders even though they were taking awhile. I appreciated the fact that I was going to get my order despite an understandable wait time. Other companies cancelled my orders right away if items were on backorder. I was able to place orders for vitamin C, vitamin D, paper towels and just recently...toilet paper!
I'm grateful for the service and will now be a loyal customer. Please express my appreciation to all your staff and employees. It's been a valuable service to me as I'm in a very high risk category and am doing my best to shop online.
