As the CEO I would want to know a customers experience that may dictate her and her families future purchases at Goodyear stores. As a busy business woman my day doesn't end at 5pm. Tonight I called the 800-customer Service credit card #- was taken on a 10 min both voice activated and press only to be told the office is closed and could not meet my request. I than went online to register as a new user and your website page link does not work. I simply want the overpayment of $300+ credit on my account refunded. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at numerous locations over the years and frankly will decide whether that will continue based upon this experience.
