October 1 I purchased a set of tires from
Goodyear (online)
I paid Goodyear with a credit card (on line)
I paid my credit card bill
I had tires installed by a recommended Goodyear dealer wher the tires were sent
I then applied for my $100 rebate.
I sent all documentation I have to them.
They turned down the claim asking for additional PROOF of purchase. I again sent all documentation (postage again is almost $1.00 as they provide no email address)
Today I yet again receive a letter asking for this proof again.
