Theresa Pritchett sent a message to Robert Iger that said:
Dear Mr. Iger ; I have just recently came back from visiting Disney in Florida. 11/10/18 - 11/16/18, with 17 family members. Our stay was at Port Orleans Riverside. I did have 2 concern's. 1 is the smoking at Disney Parks, I do understand some people are bothered by it and children should not have to smell it, but can you think about adding more to the parks, The area's can be off in a distances. My major concern was I was sitting on a bench at 6 A.M., when a tractor trailer pulled in. (linens). This is my 4th time there, 1996,2000,2008 and 2018 and stayed at different resorts on the property. I always believed that Disney was a different world. I lost some of my amazement then. In all my stay's I had never saw a truck of any kind. I am a traditionalist, some traditions are worth keeping. I was sad about the Movie riding and back lot tours are gone. We are trying to plan another trip for 2020, but this time we will stay at the Art of Animation. I like the room scenes there. I am sorry this is so long, but Thank You for letting me voice my concern's. Because the child in this old person still thinks there is no place like Disney any where in the world to make you a child again. Thank You Terri
