Sir, I have contacted Disney regarding the annual pass refund since I paid for the Silver Pass but have only been able to use it twice. I understand the park was closed to no fault of your own but we can not go again this month since the virus is getting worse again and yet I was charged $206.00 on my American Express card. Between the block out dates and the virus it seem we will not be able to enjoy the parks. Honestly you should stop charging us. Keep what you had already charged and stop charging passholders. You are charging for services you will not render.
