Rodger,
I don't think for a minute that this message will ever get to you but it is good to vent. Just wanted you to know that we will taking our 1 million dollar stock club account to another broker as a result of Scottrade's inability to provide timely tax statements for 2014. Please do not cite "vendor problems" for this poor performance. It is your responsibility to vet vendors.
Too bad the conscientious little boy depicted in your commercials a few years ago grew up to be more interested in helicopters than reliable service.
