Rodney , as the top dog at Kroger , thought you would like to know why after – W Rodney McMullen email address

Ron sent a message to Rodney McMullen – Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:

Rodney , as the top dog at Kroger , thought you would like to know why after many years I will be moving on to a different grocery store . This probably doesn't mean anything until I explain a little .. First please know that not all my shopping needs are met at Kroger (like yourself). I shop more here (Kroger) for convenience and spend an average of 300.00 a week at Kroger . And additional several hundred at various grocery stores . Now for my reason for leaving Kroger is just today I was checking out , didn't mind the fact that your employees where in a heated discussion about days off or who did what to who .. What did resonant bad was the fact your employee stated (loudly ) that I had to use a PIN number on my bank credit card for the purchase to go through ... And that it was my BANK and not Kroger who made this policy .. Well I contacted my bank and was informed it is krogers way to verify chip cc identification to the card holder .
TWO things why I left .... 1. Not going to give Kroger or any retailer my pin ... ( if and when you get hacked ... And everyone today does .. The criminal's may get my cc number but wont have my pin #.
2. Your employee was rude when I didn't reveal a pin # and I felt embarrassed with shoppers looking on ... I wanted to tell the store manager but he was off today .
