Bill sent a message to Rodger O. Riney Founder and CEO, Scottrade that said:
Roger, I had three accounts with Optionsfirst. I drove to a Scottrade Office on April 6th to start the paper process of transferring my accounts back to Scottrade. I had to return twice to Port Charlotte, Florida to sign additional paperwork.
Two IRA accounts got transferred, the Trust account still has not been transferred. To make matters worse, I can no longer view the options first Trust account on line so I am feeling very uneasy about my money.
Please assure me that my $60,000 has not disappeared into thin air and please encourage the transfer of account 39006802 immediately.
