I hope this email reaches you and find you well. My name is Mr. Dennis Miller. I slipped and fell in my local Ross store and was told by the store manager, I couldn't receive a written statement/report from her about the incident and that corporate would contact me. That hasn't happened yet. I have written two letters and still no contact from anyone. I will be mailing my third letter out today. I chose not to hire an attorney hoping this matter could be resolved quickly, smoothly but most of all fairly. *The manager did admit seeing me fall on camera and after I sought out medical help and went back to the store for an update on her submission to corporate, she insulted my intelligence by telling me she had never seen me nor had she spoken with me before. It was untrue. Felt like she was hiding something or was maybe told by someone to sweep it under the rug. I am a man of great faith and believe that this will be handled in a professional and ethical way. I look forward to hearing from you.
