Ryanair from Gatwick to Dublin due to arrive 10.50 last night delayed until 3am - NO information to passengers all that time. 15 innocent passengers who had checked in baggage and were already on board then had their baggage OFFLOADED and left behind. My daughter Iseult is in tears this morning after 3 hours sleep because all her clothes, Christmas presents etc are in her bag. Ryanair gave a faulty line for baggage inquiries. No phones being answered anywhere in any airport by Ryanair.
