Hello, I'm writing to you in hope that you can help me. This was my first time flying with Ryanair and I can honestly say that I had the worst experience out of any of the numerous airlines fly with.
I wrongfully charged £110 on the initial flight from Edinburgh to Gdansk on the 12th of August when the check in lady told me that I needed to wait a few minutes to check in with the app but then proceeded to tell me that it would be quicker if she just did it for me for a small fee of £0.55 per passenger. Needless to say, I was more than happy to go ahead only to later find a £110 charge on my statement. Not onIy that, I also had to pay on the flight back on the 18th due to the app not allowing me to check in from two days prior to the flight up until the time I reached the airport. I asked staff to help me but they also came to the conclusion that the app is glitched, so I had to pay to check my bags in otherwise I wouldn't able to take my stuff with me. Can you please help me?          Â
