@Ryanair – Michael OLeary – Dear Michael, <br>Would you please consider helping me. I\'m a working mum with 4 children

Dear Michael,
Would you please consider helping me. I\'m a working mum with 4 children, aged 19-6 years. Finding a holiday which suits us all is difficult. I suggested a few nights in Norway to maybe see the northern lights. They were delighted , I booked. On checking my emails later that evening I discovered I had incorrectly entered my return flight dates and booked an 10 night break instead of 3 nights. We don\'t have holidays or budget for a holiday of that length.
The cost to change the flight dates is a lot more than I can afford, so are not able to travel. My children are so very disappointed as this was our only holiday this year.
Would you please consider allowing to bring the flights forward a week to enable us it take the flights, I would happily pay a small fee .
I m really pleased to read that Ryan air are trying to improve their customer service and be more family friendly.
This would mean a lot to me and my family , as we are regular bookers with Ryan air.
