@Ryanair – Michael OLeary – Dear Michael O'Leary, I am sorry to bother you with my concern. Due to Covid

Reinhart Gumlich sent a message to Michael OLeary that said:

Dear Michael O'Leary,

I am sorry to bother you with my concern.

Due to Covid 19 your airline Ryanair cancelled a return- journey of my family from SXF to PMI starting May 23 th. The booking reference is DZGNTI. Ryanair offered us a refund which I applied for on May 8th.

Until today there is no incoming payment on my account. Please advise your customer service to transfer the refund on short call.
