Good afternoon Mr O’Leary,

I feel quite upset with Ryanair and the attitude of the people that work for you. I have been to your chat on line and just got told to put in a complaint.
I put in a complaint and sent a copy of my booking to then just be sent an email asking me to redirect to one of the options.

I booked a flight to Rhodes in October 2018 for June 2019
I booked early as I have always been told by Ryanair employees that prices increase as seats are sold. So I thought as I booked early I had paid the best price possible and from then the price would either be the same or more.
Yesterday I went on your booking system to book a friend on the same flight, to find that the price is more than £100 cheaper.
I don’t understand, how the price can go down.

Please help if you can. Can I be refunded the difference?
