I got off a flight travelling from Belfast to Lanzarote today (8 March 2019) at approximately 4.30pm, flight number FR3499, Reservation Ref P7YGFX.
Got to my hotel to realise I left my handbag on the plane in overhead bin. I was sitting in Row 16C.
When I realised my misfortune I contacted your customer services they couldnât help I then contacted Ryanair in Lanzarote at Phone No. 928846178 they said they would check and call me back.
No one call me back so I rang agin and the lady said no bag I know I left my bag behind.
I know itâs a long shot but could you help and please acknowledge my email.
Reason I am contacting you is they people I spoke to where not helpful and they didnât seem to care.
