Good Morning Mr O'Leary,

I appreciate you must be extremely busy and as a general rule I would not even think about contacting the head of a company but due to the fact that I cannot, for love or money, get hold of anyone to speak to, either by phone or through your chatline, I am going to try and contact you. I appreciate it must be difficult for you at the moment but it is also very difficult for us as a family when we are paying for a flight that we are not going to have. We have had to save very hard for our holiday and through no fault of Ryanair, I appreciate this, our flight has been cancelled. Therefore a refund is required so that we can use this money for general everyday living. Please have the courtesy to respond to my email Mr O'Leary as we have been using your company for a number of years off and on and I would like to still have the choice if I wish to do so in the future.
