Forgive my email. I know you must be very busy but a am in a spot of bother.
I have booked a return flight to Warsaw from Bristol, booking number U87UHH.
For some bizarre reason, the return date is correct, however the month is not, ie, it should be the same month = February.
We are scheduled to visit family for a Christening and simply cannot afford the amendment fee - hence why we are flying out before half term.
Please can you help me Michael? This is a genuine oversight and am desperate for your assistance.
