Hi Micael,
Please help, I have contacted your customer services team, who do not want to help.
I was given euro 200 Ryanair gift vouchers last Christmas.
The website would not let me use all of my vouchers in November 19 & now three of the vouchers have expired to the value of euro 150.
I am a pensioner who cant afford to lose this value.All I want is for the existing vouchers that have expired to be re issued .
