Unfortunately for the 2nd year running I cant book my boarding tickets for my children. The dateline only goes up to 2002 I need 2004. Phone lines busy 24/7 advice to use online chat and help from phone line no agents available message. If I cant do my boarding ticket soon I will have no other option than to book the date of birth at 2002 but I cannot accept any charges for changing at the airport as your Ryan air contact said last year its an IT problem last year. Appreciate the air traffic issue is a nightmare for you hope this clears up soon.
