Hi Michael,
I am finding it impossible to actually "talk" to someone concerning my refund of a flight that Ryanair cancelled last weekend. I have completed the appropriate form and only a percentage of the amount I paid for the flights including luggage has been refunded. When I eventually spoke to someone, (I\'m guessing from India as I was struggling to understand her), I was told to complete another application form as I hadn\'t completed the form correctly, I know I did as the form stated : All flights and customers, which I ticked.
I have gone back online to re-apply for the missing return flight refund, it now is stating I cannot apply as I have already applied for the refunds.........arghhhh....
Unless you know that your company is behaving like this, how are you to give a more positive experience to your customers???!!!
