I have a suggestion for your ‘always getting better’ program. Can a customer have 24 hours to amend a flight of the same origin & destination & date, free of charge,?
Why? Where you have more than one flight on a day and I mistakenly booked the wrong time (which I have just done) and have now had to pay a £100 change fee! Can’t see this being a technical challenge given you can change flights easily enough. Thanks
