Hi
I’m a frequent flyer with Ryanair and I don’t have a complaint. I have however a question. How come the only options I have, when a flight is cancelled is the same route later this year or a refund? Why can’t I ask for a voucher to use for me a my convenience? I have four planned trips to Malaga this year, and I don’t have anymore free time in my schedule, this leave me with no other choice, than to ask for a refund. I would think it would make more sense for your company to keep the money for me to use later on, than to refund and risk me booking my flight with another airline next time. Best regards
