a LADY CALLED M CRISTINA IS dealing with this i have sent her all the relevant paperwork for a refund of 66 pounds as we took out extra insurance for this car car was not available at the airport and im asking for 100 pounds compensation for all the extra costs we had involved and the man was very very rude at the desk in girona i am getting no where with your staff and have waited patiently i will not longer wait patiently i need and require my refund from your company and compensation as this was not fit for purpose
