I have completed duplicate for waited over 10 weeks and now have been informed I will receive a refund to a random amount that doesn't match the cost of your flights.
I really feel you will loose good will, cheap flights which actually aren't that cheap, will not keep you a float in the difficult months ahead. Whereas good customer service now will see people value your service and definitely rebook.
I am a single parent, and I am waiting for obver £1000 refund. How do you sleep at night?
