I hope you can help... I am booked to fly from Glasgow Prestwick to Gran Canaria with my husband on 20th October until 28th October but I am now unable to travel on those dates. The reason being my son, Colin Gibson was killed in the Clutha helicopter accident in Glasgow in November 2013 and we have now been invited to a meeting with the AAIB to find out why the helicopter crashed that evening. I\'m sure you can imagine the necessity that I attend that meeting on 21st October.
I am contacting you to see if you can assist me as I have tried to change my flights to fly a few weeks later but the cost of doing so is more than I can pay.
Is there any way you can intervene to reduce the cost of changing my dates of travel.
