Mr O,Leary please forgive for writing to you direct,but I have been unable to receive a reply either by phone or email from your staff on my simple query.
Back in March we flew to Spain with yourselves but due to the Covid problems we had to change our flights and come home early. This incurred extra costs. All I need from your selves is confirmation that you have not refunded any monies, so that my insurer can settle my claim.
Flight Nos FR4027/FR4028/FR9072
Flight No Fr9072 was the cancelled return flight.
I know this is a simple thing and again I am sorry to bother you as I am sure you are very busy.
