On a recent flight, (FR9947), I made a cabin crew member aware that a passenger had smoked in the toilet and helped herself to cash from the drinks trolley also (â¬50.00 as it happens).
Just a few minutes ago I was booking a flight for my wife and I, when an error occurred with payment and I had to start over. The new price was increased by your website (also â¬50.00 as it happens, how ironic).
Please rest assured I will NEVER offer ANY form of assistance aboard a Ryanair flight at anytime in the future.
