I have received two kind generic letters from you. I appreciate that however neither addressed my needs. Our flight to Dublin was only part of a vacation to London, Edinburgh and Ireland which with the travel ban has of course had to be canceled and rebooking is not an option under the circumstances. I am requesting a refund for all four tickets. I appreciate your understanding as you stated earlier as this is a stressful time for all of us.
