On Saturday 14th March 2020, we decided to take Ryanair up on their offer to change our flights to a different date. As we had already checked in, we had to contact customer services (via Live Chat as we were unable to get through on the telephone) to "uncheck" us and rebook the flights.

We logged on at 10.30a.m. and within the hour one of your agents answered and helped us. However the agent only rescheduled WUG9PB and when we realised H1FY2C had not been rescheduled we tried to log on again to correct this.

We logged back on at 11.40a.m. to talk via Live Chat. Since then we have not been able to make contact. Please see the attachments. We have been online continuously from Saturday 11.40 a.m. to Sunday 18.00p.m.

We need to reschedule H1FY2C to the same new dates as WUG9PB (15th to 18th October 2020) and pay the difference in ticket price.

Please advise how to do this.
