Flight for Robert Carter and Laura Papworth Bournemouth to Girona and back 21.6.17-26.6.17. Unable to travel as Janet Carter taken in to hospital and died (mother). Government tax refund due £26. Ryanair proposed administration charge £34. Therefore the suggestion is no money will be refunded. Financial Conduct Authority states reasonable administration charge permitted.
A refund is requested otherwise the FCA process will be started.
