This email is in regarding my flight referance M4TTHS.
I have recieved three emails from one of your departments stating that Ryanair has changed the flight departure from the Paphos to Stanstead route on the 15th October 2021 leg.
This time is totally unacceptable as there would be no trains available for the return journey and my wife is disabled.
I have been on your chat system and your employee who goes by the name of MATE D, tells me that I cannot change the flight.
This flight would be a day earlier ie. the 14th October departing Paphos at 15.15 arriving Stanstead 18.00. The ticket cost of this is exactlly the same according to your website today 11th August 2021 at 16.06.
Please can someone tell me why we cannot change to this flight as all indicators state that there is available seating.
If worst case senario then we could fly back on the 18th October Depart Paphos 13.25 arrive Stansted 16.10.
It is not rocket science to do this but MATE D seems that we can change it online at no extra charge as your original email said. However when I try this there is always a cost involved and your original email clearly states ,AT NO COST TO YOU.
