Sad to say that i am NOT too happy with my 2008 Rav4. The – Akio Toyoda email address

Sad to say that i am NOT too happy with my 2008 Rav4. The car only has 69,000 miles on it and the muffler is rusted through. I called the local dealership and was told there was no recall on it ,so they will not help in fixing this problem. I don't understand why a RAV4 with so little mileage, that this problem would happen. Last year the WATER PUMP had to be replaced. I am on a limited income and cannot afford to fix these problems. It is either I fix it and not pay other bills or NOT fix it and get fined for a loud exhaust, which i cannot afford to pay either. My wife and i bought this based on the supposed quality of the vehicle which as of now i wonder about the quality. just looking for help getting THIS FIXED. Please understand my problem.
