Just visited your Kahului Safeway store here on Maui and want you to know what a fantastic job those folks are doing, especially given these difficult times.
My only complaint - and it will prevent me from spending $$ at Safeway again - is that they would not honor the digital coupons advertised because I failed to load them onto my card. The refusal prompted me to not buy those items. If the coupons HAD been honored, you still would have made the sale and mined my personal data.
Sir, with policies like that, you can do without my business.
