I visited Store 1177. 40 th street N.E Sunday mid-day, I was vary disappointed with store appearance to include very poor service.
People at the front entrance of your store just gathering and enterprising their own agenda mostly selling products and hawking for ride-sharing. This is a directed Fire Safety Violation. Also blocking the handicap ramps and parking is a direct violation of the ADA.
Why does your Management Team accept this as a normal operating procedure?
The product was in disarray at best maybe 70% in stock, why. the overall appearance was torn and tattered this includes your workers.
People Product Service Please refocus this store team with a fresh look.
Safeway has some very good operation procedures, the manager in this store is overwhelmed and has been for a while. Where is the support staff, I realize these are trying times, but please get this store back on target, no one should have work in this situation.
