Hi Marty
I am having a large issue with my account. I asked your company to research my account as I feel something is extremely wrong with my account and credit. I was a dollar for dollar customer and never missed payments. They are now saying that my account is in the $19,000 range which there can be now way. Just in Fen I was at $8000-$11,000 and we had to pay to get product.
I was trying to work with the company and for delayed a bit due to a death of our office manager and friend. When the collections notice was sent I was shocked and tried to reach out but am getting little help just that I had to pay $2,000 in 1 day. For a small smuggling business like mine that is impossible.
The collections that you sent it to only hangs up on me and won\'t work with us at all and is now presenting a demand letter in 2 days of the full amount which we can really not handle.
I can\'t get anyone to talk to me to try to see what\'s going wrong. Your company is just looking at it for face value and not really digging into it.

Can you please contact me and at least pull it from collections until we can really get to the bottom of this?
