We would like to know about Microsoft Outlook.
Our son has tried for over two months trying to recover his account. He forgot the password, but he has had this account for years which brings together a number of passwords, art designs, etc... communications. I have tried chat, but the person was not knowledgeable, but referred me to another source which I have tried today, Sun. 11/1/20 given a 24 hour timeline for response. Thank You,
