Dear Mr. Nadella,
I have been trying to re-acquire my key code for Microsoft Office Professional 2016, which I bought under the HUP program while I was in the Army. I keep getting told that I am no longer able to have it as I am no longer in the Army; I retired May 2018. This makes no sense since I paid for the product. I no longer have a military email account, and apparently the company is not able to provide me the key code through any other means. This is truly dissatisfying. Please help if you are able to.
