I hope this finds you well. I have been locked out of my Microsoft Account (due to suspicious activity on the back end, which I appreciate you catching) for days and I really need a hand getting back in.
I filled out the form to unlock my account, though it promised 24 hours I have yet to receive any help. I have also contacted customer service for assistance, they transferred me to a number that disconnected. I am locked out of One Drive, Skype, and 18 years of the Xbox Service, any assistance is appreciated!
