Hello. I am having a problem with the Bing browser page. I have been using Bing for years with the grey background. It has now stopped working. I have two laptops and the issue is the same.I have tried using the help feature but not helpful.I had remote assistance for an issue earlier and that was resolved. I was told last night someone would be contacting me to help me with the issue I have now but it hasn't happened .
Remote assistance is the only way someone can see what what is happening on my laptops. I am about to give so contacted you as a last resort/ I'm not really into tech so need some help.Please could you arrange remote access to help me.
